On Saturday morning friends and I hiked to Mt. Baldy. MT Baldy has been one of the most difficult hikes I have experienced. We took Devils Backbone down to MT Baldy, as going down Baldy Bowl was brutal and difficult. Mt Baldy seems to be a popular destination for a day hike. Mt Baldy was the most crowded trial I have seen in Southern California.

It took me roughly 5 hours to get to the top, where we took a break for 30 minutes to admire the view.

 Mt Baldy (officially Mount San Antonio) stands as the grandest summit of the San Gabriel Mountains.  Mount Baldy is one of the most photographed natural features in Southern California.
